About the Role

This permanent role (30 hours per week, Monday to Friday) is essential to the smooth running of our centre. As a Centre Administrator, you’ll play a key part in supporting our team to deliver exceptional care and education.

Your days will be varied and engaging, including:

  • Providing outstanding customer service to whānau
  • Managing bookings and responding to parent enquiries
  • Supporting new and prospective families
  • Handling data entry and maintaining accurate records
  • Managing parent accounts, payments, and direct debits
  • Meeting daily, weekly, and termly deadlines

You’ll also have the opportunity to occasionally engage with our tamariki, adding to the rewarding nature of the role.

About You

We are looking for someone who is organised, detail-focused, and brings a warm, friendly approach to everything they do. You’ll also have:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A compassionate and welcoming attitude towards whānau
  • A team-first mindset
  • Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail
  • Good understanding of accounts processes and resolving account queries
  • Confidence using Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • The ability to learn quickly and work efficiently
