We’re looking for an enthusiastic and organised Centre Administrator to join our team in a permanent part-time role (30 hours per week, Monday to Friday). As the first point of contact for whānau, you’ll play a key role in supporting enrolments and keeping our centre running smoothly behind the scenes.

About the Role

You will:

  • Answer calls and respond to enquiries 
  • Support new family enrolments 
  • Manage accounts, invoicing, and direct debits 
  • Maintain accurate records and data entry 
  • Provide general admin support 
  • Assist the teaching team when needed 

About You

You’ll be:

  • Friendly, approachable, and professional 
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail 
  • Confident using Word, Excel, Outlook, and IT systems 
  • A clear communicator and reliable team player 
  • Comfortable managing accounts and solving problems
