About the Role

As our Centre Administrator, you will be the welcoming face of our centre and a key part of our daily operations. This role is varied and fast-paced, with no two days the same.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to whānau
  • Managing bookings, enquiries, and parent queries
  • Accurate data entry and account management, including direct debits and payments
  • Meeting daily, weekly, and termly administrative deadlines
  • Using Word, Excel, and Outlook confidently
  • Supporting tamariki from time to time during busy periods

You will also receive ongoing support from our National Admin Support team and thorough training on Ministry of Education requirements as part of your induction.
