About the Role
We’re on the lookout for a well-organised, approachable, and proactive Centre Administrator to join our warm and welcoming team. This is a key role that supports the daily operations of our centre, helping us deliver exceptional care and early learning experiences while ensuring compliance with Ministry of Education requirements.
No two days are the same in this busy, varied role. You'll be the first point of contact for our whānau, providing outstanding customer service while managing bookings, responding to enquiries, maintaining accurate parent accounts, and overseeing payments and direct debits. You’ll also ensure we meet important deadlines and support the centre with general admin tasks.
You’ll need a sharp eye for detail, strong organisational skills, and confidence using IT systems—particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook. While most of your work will be admin-focused, you’ll also enjoy the occasional chance to connect with our tamariki.
You’ll be well-supported by our National Admin Support team, who offer helpdesk assistance and ongoing training to help you succeed. A comprehensive induction and established procedures will ensure you feel confident and prepared from day one.
