We are looking for a fantastic Centre Administrator to join our team in a permanent fulltime position working 40 hours per week.
In this varied role, you will:
- Provide exceptional customer service to children, whānau, and visitors
- Manage bookings, enrolments, enquiries, and parent queries
- Maintain accurate parent accounts, direct debits, and payments
- Meet daily, weekly, and termly administrative deadlines
- Support centre systems and processes to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Build strong relationships with families from a wide range of cultures and backgrounds
- Work collaboratively alongside the Centre Manager and teaching team
- Occasionally support our tamariki and centre where needed
