Located in the scenic suburb of Orewa, our centre is perfectly placed for adventure, right beside the peaceful Alice Eaves Bush Reserve and just minutes from beautiful beaches and parks. These natural surroundings provide the perfect backdrop for exploration and play.
We are looking for a fantastic Centre Administrator to join our team in a permanent part-time position working 25 hours per week.
In this varied role, you will:
- Provide exceptional customer service to children, whānau, and visitors
- Manage bookings, enrolments, enquiries, and parent queries
- Maintain accurate parent accounts, direct debits, and payments
- Meet daily, weekly, and termly administrative deadlines
- Support centre systems and processes to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Build strong relationships with families from a wide range of cultures and backgrounds
- Work collaboratively alongside the Centre Manager and teaching team
- Occasionally support our tamariki and centre where needed
