About the Role:
We are looking for an organised, friendly Centre Administrator to join our welcoming team. This key role supports our centre’s success by ensuring high-quality care for our children and compliance with Ministry of Education regulations.
As Centre Administrator, you'll manage varied tasks, from data entry and bookings to parent inquiries and account management, while delivering excellent customer service for our Whānau.
Strong organisation and IT skills, including Word and Excel, are essential. You’ll receive support from our National Admin team and thorough training on Ministry requirements as part of your induction.
This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week Monday - Friday.
