BestStart Ōmokoroa is a proud local centre, working alongside our hapū, schools, whānau, and community to build strong foundations for lifelong learning.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and organised Centre Administrator to be the welcoming face of our centre and a key support to our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys people, organisation, and variety.

This is a permanent part-time position working 35 hours per week.

About the Role:

  • First point of contact for whānau and visitors
  • Supporting enrolments and enquiries
  • Managing accounts, invoicing, and data entry
  • General administration and record keeping
  • Occasional support in classrooms

About You

  • Friendly, professional, and approachable
  • Organised and reliable with great attention to detail
  • Confident using Word, Excel, Outlook, and IT systems
  • Comfortable with accounts and problem-solving
  • A genuine team player
