About the Role

This is a key role within our centre and an opportunity for someone who loves working with people, thrives in a busy environment, and enjoys variety in their day.

As our Centre Administrator, you'll be the welcoming face of our centre and play an important role in supporting both our families and teaching team. From managing enrolments and parent accounts to responding to enquiries and ensuring deadlines are met, you'll help keep our centre running smoothly.

No two days are the same, so we're looking for someone who can confidently multitask, solve problems, and maintain a high level of organisation and attention to detail.

This is a permanent role working 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

  • Has strong customer service and communication skills
  • Is confident using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Has a good understanding of accounts processes and customer account management
