About the Role
Are you highly organised, friendly, and ready to support a passionate early childhood education team? BestStart Mt Eden is looking for an exceptional Centre Administrator to help keep our busy centre running smoothly and efficiently. If you have strong communication and organisational skills and enjoy working in a welcoming and friendly environment, this could be the perfect role for you.
As our Centre Administrator, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our centre.
You’ll be the welcoming face for our whānau and a vital member of our team. Your daily responsibilities will include:
You’ll also have the full support of our National Admin Support Team, including access to a helpdesk and strong systems to set you up for success. Our detailed induction and ongoing training ensure you’re confident in meeting Ministry of Education compliance requirements.
This is a permanent, part-time position working 5 hours per day across 5 days (Monday to Friday), Flexible hours between 7:30am–1:30pm or 8:00am–2:00pm
