About the Role

This is a key administration role, essential to supporting the smooth running of the centre and ensuring we meet all Ministry of Education requirements. You will play an important part in delivering outstanding customer service to our families while managing a variety of responsibilities, including:

  • Data entry and managing enrolments and bookings
  • Responding to parent enquiries and supporting prospective families
  • Managing parent accounts, direct debits, payments, and account queries
  • Meeting daily, weekly, and term administration deadlines
  • Providing general administrative support to the centre
  • Occasionally assisting in the learning environment when required

You'll be supported by our National Administration Support Team, who provide comprehensive training and ongoing guidance, including Ministry of Education compliance processes.

This permanent position working 18 hours per week (6 hours Monday, Wednesday and Friday)

About You

We're looking for someone who:

  • Is a collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Has a compassionate, welcoming approach when working with children and whānau.
  • Has previous administration experience, ideally with accounts and customer account management.
  • Is highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities.
  • Has strong Microsoft Excel skills, along with experience using Word and Outlook.
  • Delivers exceptional customer service and enjoys building positive relationships.
