Centre Administrator (BestStart Milson Line)
Are you an organised, people-focused professional who loves being at the heart of a busy, vibrant environment? BestStart Milson Line is looking for an enthusiastic Centre Administrator to become the welcoming face of our centre and the supportive admin superstar of our team.
This is a permanent role (35–40 hours per week), leaning closer to full-time, with flexibility around start and finish times so you can connect with whānau at both ends of the day. Centre hours: 7:00am – 6:00pm, Monday to Friday

We’ve been proudly open for just over two years in a beautiful, purpose-built centre with five age-specific classrooms. Our Centre Administrator is the heart of our centre and the friendly first face our whānau see when they walk through the door.
About the Role
You’ll be the first point of contact for families, supporting enrolments, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day administration of the centre. You’ll also be a flexible team player, happy to jump in and support where needed.
