About the Role

We are seeking an outstanding, organised, and friendly Centre Administrator to join our welcoming team on a fixed-term basis from 12 September 2026 to 12 March 2027.

As our Centre Administrator, you'll enjoy a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our families, providing exceptional customer service while managing a range of administrative tasks.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing enquiries from current and prospective families
  • Data entry and maintaining accurate centre records
  • Managing bookings and enrolments
  • Resolving account queries in a professional and timely manner
  • Supporting centre compliance and Ministry of Education requirements
  • Providing general administrative support to the Centre Manager and teaching team

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A warm and compassionate approach when working with whānau
  • Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Outstanding customer service skills and a willingness to go the extra mile
  • A positive, team-focused attitude
