About the Role

This permanent role is 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with some flexibility required. 

As Centre Administrator, you will be central to the smooth running of our centre – managing parent accounts, bookings, payments, and records, as well as providing exceptional customer service to whānau. You will be IT confident, highly organised, detail-focused, and able to manage deadlines with ease. From time to time, you’ll also have the opportunity to spend time with our tamariki.

  • Strong communication skills and a team-focused approach
  • Warm, compassionate attitude towards whānau
  • Accounts knowledge and confidence with query resolution
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Excellent customer service skills and willingness to go the extra mile
