Cellar Door & Events Manager
The Cellar Door & Events Manager delivers an exceptional experience in line with business strategy, brand and strong customer service standards. As this role is part of our Auckland based Marketing Team, rest assured, there's still lots of support from our locals here!
Internally, this position leads some of our people's favourite days/nights like the Annual Company Kick-off, Sauvignon Blanc Day and infamous Growers Functions. While externally, it manages our part to play in iconic Marlborough days out like Savor in the Park & the Marlborough Wine & Food Festival.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys providing high level of customer service, has a positive attitude and upbeat attitude! Alongside this, the right fit is someone with:
- 3 years of experience in Event, Hospitality, Tourism, or Event Planning
- 2 years people management experience within a retail or hospo business
- A solid background in a sales-driven environment
- A Duty Managers Certificate, (if not, we can help you with this)
- Great decision-making ability and organisational skills
- Passion for wine and personal sustainability values
- A team player mentality to match our supportive and skillful Cellar Door team!

Location: Our Cellar Door is in the beautiful Awatere valley (just South of Blenheim).
