Mō mātou: About us:
Welcome to our wild party! At Te Nukuao Wellington Zoo we are guided by our kaupapa “Me tiaki, kia ora– we must look after our environment, so all things will flourish and care about making connections between animals, people and our environment. We punch above our weight in leading the way through connecting people with animals, saving animals in the wild and ensuring we’re a voice to be heard.
Mō te tūranga: About the role:
We currently have an exciting position for Casual Visitor Ranger/Educator to join our team.
Casual Visitor Ranger/Educators are our front line in engaging our visitors and delivering face to face interpretation. They are the friendly welcoming faces out in the Zoo ensuring our visitors have a fun, meaningful, animal rich experience.
Casual Visitor Ranger/Educators connect our community with the animals we care for at the Zoo, through animal talks, activities, learning programmes and Animal Close Encounters.
