Support our Bachelor of Nursing Te Tohu Paetahi Tapuhi ākonga as they grow confidence and capability in clinical placements. You’ll guide, coach, and assess learners to ensure their practice aligns with expected competency levels. Join a collaborative nursing team dedicated to ākonga success and culturally responsive, practice‑based education.
Ngā mahi | Key Responsibilities
• Support ākonga pre-, during, and post-practicum
• Build strong, encouraging learning relationships
• Assess clinical goals and competency progression
• Provide timely, constructive feedback and evaluation
• Maintain quality documentation and moderation processes
He kōrero mōu | About You
You bring:
• Registered Nurse with a current Annual Practising Certificate
• Bachelor of Nursing (or equivalent)
• Full NZ Driver Licence
• Mental Health and/or Primary Community Health nursing experience would be an advantage
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• A commitment to Te Tiriti, equity, and inclusive practice
