Christchurch Casino is on the hunt for enthusiastic superstars to join our Cage & Customer Service Team!
As one of our Cashier Hosts, you’ll be the friendly face that makes a lasting first impression. You’ll help our guests with memberships, answer questions big and small, and bring solutions with a smile. You’ll also handle monetary transactions with accuracy, confidence, and a cool head.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcoming guests and making their experience amazing
- Assisting with memberships and providing top‑notch customer service
- Completing cashier transactions with accuracy and care
- Keeping cash floats balanced and secure
- Solving challenges and making people’s day
When You’ll Work
Flexibility is key! We’re open:
- 12pm–1am Sunday to Thursday
- 12pm–3am Friday & Saturday
…including public holidays.

What You’ll Need
This is a licensed position requiring a Certificate of Approval (COA) from the Department of Internal Affairs — don’t worry, if you’re successful, we’ll help you with the application process.
Applicants must be:
- 20+ years of age
- Legally entitled to work in NZ
- Holding a current open work visa with at least 12 months until expiry
