About the Role

Reporting to the Cargo Services Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth movement of cargo through our Container Terminal using the Navis Master Terminal cargo management system. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising with internal and external customers to meet critical deadlines.
  • Producing and processing cargo documentation with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Planning, coordinating, and controlling cargo flow through the terminal.

You’ll be working alongside a great team of passionate professionals who go the extra mile to ensure our customers receive outstanding service.

About You

We are looking for an adaptable, organised, and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment. You will bring:

  • Strong planning and organisational skills.
  • A proven track record in customer service.
  • Proficiency with computer systems (experience with logistics databases is a plus).
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a positive attitude.

Experience in shipping, warehousing, freight forwarding, or a similar logistics-related role is highly desirable. A tertiary qualification in supply chain management, logistics, or cargo management systems would be an advantage.
