Heritage Lifecare has a rewarding opportunity available for 3 x Caregivers on a permanent part-time basis to join our dedicated team at Cantabria Lifecare in Rotorua.

  • Variety AM, PM, Weekend and Night Shifts available
  • Hourly rate of $23.62 - $29.10 per hour

As a Caregiver at Cantabria Lifecare, no two days will be the same, but you can be certain that each day you will leave work feeling fulfilled knowing that you’ve made a big difference in somebody else’s day. The work can be challenging, but it is also meaningful and rewarding, and your supportive and welcoming team will become your second family.

Within this role, you will work 20 hours per week, covering AM, PM, Night, and Weekend shifts on a rotating roster.

Cantabria Lifecare & Village is a 176-bed Care Home and Hospital with a 35-unit Village, located in the wonderful Rotorua.  Skills & Experience | He pūkenga tou

  • A great team spirit with empathy and drive to make a difference in the lives of others.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to clearly communicate with residents, their families and your team members.
  • Be familiar with computers and have the ability to learn new systems.
  • Minimum NZQA Level 2 Certificate in Health and Wellbeing, or a relevant New Zealand or overseas qualification
  • Experience within aged care would be beneficial, but not essential.
