The Role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic team member to join our supportive team in a permanent, full-time position (40 hours per week). This is a great opportunity to help nurture young minds while contributing to a positive and collaborative centre culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide nurturing care and meaningful learning experiences for tamariki 
  • Create engaging, hands-on activities that inspire curiosity and creativity 
  • Support your team to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the centre 
  • Contribute to a welcoming, inclusive environment for children, whānau, and staff 

About You

  • Experience working with children under five (qualification not essential) 
  • Passion for early childhood education and making a difference 
  • Positive, team-oriented mindset 
  • Eagerness to learn, grow, and be part of a values-driven environment
