About the Role:
We’re seeking a caring and energetic Caregiver to join our team, working 36 hours per week. In this role, you’ll nurture our youngest learners supporting their growth, wellbeing, and sense of belonging every day.

Who You Are:
- Passionate about working with young children
- Kind, respectful, and able to build warm, trusting relationships
- A positive, reliable team player who communicates openly and honestly
- Experienced in caregiving or early childhood (preferred but not essential)
What You'll Do:
- Provide loving, responsive care that nurtures each child’s unique personality
- Create joyful, hands-on learning experiences that inspire exploration and growth
- Support the daily rhythms of the centre and help create a calm, happy environment
- Build strong, genuine relationships with tamariki, whānau, and colleagues
