Our centre is a place where tamariki are nurtured with aroha, guided by the values of whanaungatanga, and supported on their unique learning journeys. In our Pēpi room, gentle and caring kaiako create a peaceful, loving environment that feels like home. Our toddler space encourages natural curiosity, allowing tamariki to explore and grow through play. In our preschool, they become confident, capable learners—little scientists preparing for their next step into kura.
The Role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic team member to join our supportive team in a permanent, full-time position (40 hours per week). This is a great opportunity to help nurture young minds while contributing to a positive and collaborative centre culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nurturing care and meaningful learning experiences for tamariki
- Create engaging, hands-on activities that inspire curiosity and creativity
- Support your team to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the centre
- Contribute to a welcoming, inclusive environment for children, whānau, and staff
About You
- Experience working with children under five (qualification not essential)
- Passion for early childhood education and making a difference
- Positive, team-oriented mindset
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and be part of a values-driven environment
