The Role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic team member to join our supportive and collaborative team in a permanent, full-time position (40 hours per week). This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of tamariki while contributing to a positive centre culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nurturing care and meaningful learning experiences for tamariki
- Create engaging, hands-on activities that spark curiosity and creativity
- Support your team in the smooth day-to-day running of the centre
- Help foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for children, whānau, and staff
About You
- Experience working with children under five (qualification not essential)
- A genuine passion for early childhood education
- A positive, team-focused attitude
- A willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to a values-driven centre
