About the Role:
We're looking for an enthusiastic and caring ECE Caregiver to join our team in a permanent, full-time position (40 hours per week). This is a rewarding opportunity to support our tamariki as they learn, grow, and discover the world around them while becoming part of a supportive and welcoming team.
What You'll Be Doing
- Providing nurturing care and meaningful learning experiences that recognise and celebrate each child's unique strengths.
- Creating engaging, hands-on activities that inspire curiosity, creativity, and confidence.
- Working collaboratively with your team to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the centre.
- Contributing to a positive, inclusive culture where children, whānau, and colleagues feel valued and supported.
What We're Looking For
- Experience working with children under five years of age (an ECE qualification is beneficial but not essential).
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and supporting young learners.
- A positive, reliable team player who enjoys building strong relationships.
- A willingness to learn, grow, and contribute within a values-led environment.
