About the Role:
This permanent position is 32 hours per week across 4 days. As a caregiver, you’ll play a key role in our Toddler Room, creating fun, meaningful learning experiences, supporting daily care routines, and being an integral part of a strong, connected team.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Providing high-quality care and play-based learning opportunities
- Building strong relationships with tamariki and whānau
- Supporting routines, experiences, and transitions for toddlers
- Assisting across classrooms and covering breaks where needed
- Working collaboratively with our teaching team and Centre Manager
What We’re Looking For:
- You don’t need an ECE qualification, but you do need:
- A genuine love for working with infants and toddlers
- Experience caring for children under five
- The ability to follow direction and use your initiative
- A team-first attitude and great communication skills
