About the Role:
This is a fixed-term position supporting our baby room, caring for approximately 20 babies alongside our experienced team.
We’re looking for someone who can slot into the team quickly and provide warm, responsive care during this short-term opportunity. Some childcare experience is preferred, whether formal or informal, and we’re open to considering a first-year Teacher in Training.
This is a 40-hour-per-week position, Monday-Friday, with a mix of opening and closing shifts.
The fixed-term period is 18 January 2027 to 16 July 2027.

- Confident communicating with children, whānau and the wider team
- Able to adapt quickly and work well as part of a team
- Has some childcare experience, either formal or informal
- Passionate about providing quality care and learning experiences for babies
