About the Role
We’re looking for a caring, energetic, and committed Caregiver to join our passionate team in a permanent role (38 hours per week).
In this role, you’ll play an important part in supporting children’s development and wellbeing, ensuring they feel safe, supported, and loved every day. Through meaningful interactions, warm relationships, and responsive care, you’ll help our tamariki thrive and succeed.

About You
You’ll bring a warm heart and a positive attitude, along with:
- A genuine passion for working with young children
- A kind, respectful approach and strong relationship-building skills
- Open, honest communication and a team-focused mindset
- Experience in caregiving or early childhood (preferred but not essential)
- Flexibility and a willingness to support where needed
