Your Role:
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity to join our centre as an Early Childhood Educator. You’ll work 40 hours a week alongside a dedicated, fun, and values-driven team. Your energy, empathy, and creativity will help shape a warm, inclusive environment for children and their families.
What You'll Do:
- Build strong, respectful relationships with tamariki, whānau, and kaiako
- Deliver engaging, hands-on learning experiences that inspire curiosity and creativity
- Support smooth day-to-day operations and contribute positively to our team culture
- Celebrate each child’s unique identity, strengths, and learning journey
- Promote an environment that’s safe, inclusive, and filled with wonder
What we're looking for:
- Experience working with children under five
- A deep passion for early childhood education and a belief in its life-changing impact
- A commitment to continuous growth, reflection, and professional development
- A genuine love for learning, play, and making a difference
