About Us
BestStart Fairy Springs is a mixed-age centre where our babies and older children learn alongside each other. About the Role
We are looking for a caring, energetic, and committed Caregiver to join our inspiring and exciting team. This is a permanent, full-time position (40 hours per week). In this role, you will play a key part in nurturing children’s development and wellbeing, ensuring they feel safe, supported, and loved every day. Through meaningful interactions, warm relationships, and responsive care, you’ll help our tamariki thrive and succeed.

Who You Are
- Passionate about working with young children
- Kind, respectful, and great at building relationships
- A positive team player who communicates openly and honestly
- Experienced in caregiving or early childhood (preferred but not essential)
- Flexible and ready to support where needed
