About the Role:
We’re seeking a caring and energetic Caregiver to join our team, working 40 hours per week. You’ll nurture our youngest learners, supporting their growth, wellbeing, and sense of belonging.

Who You Are:

• Passionate about working with young children
• Kind, respectful, and great at building relationships
• A positive, reliable team player who communicates openly and honestly
• Experienced in caregiving or early childhood (preferred but not essential)

What You’ll Do:

• Provide loving, responsive care that nurtures each child’s unique personality
• Create joyful, hands-on learning experiences that inspire exploration and growth
• Support the daily rhythms of the centre and help create a calm, happy environment
• Build strong, genuine relationships with tamariki, whānau, and colleagues
