What will I be doing?
This is where you come in! Whanau are at the heart of everything we do so you'll be playing a key role in building relationships with our children and families here at BestStart Birkdale. As a caregiver at BestStart, you will have the incredible opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young children, providing them with a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.

Reporting to our Centre Manager and working within a close-knit team you will be joining a dedicated team of Teachers who provide quality care and education to our tamariki.
This is a permanent position (40 hours per week) Monday-Friday
Role requirements:
Commit to making a difference in the lives of young learners with a team dedicated to excellence. An ECE qualification is not required for this role, but a natural affinity with children – especially infants and toddlers, and experience working with children under five is a must. You’ll also have a high level of initiative and an ability to take direction from others.
