We’re looking for Caregivers to join our team in Cromwell, where we support residents in our Rest Home, Hospital and Dementia Units.
We have various options of full-time, part-time and casual vacancies available. The role will also include some weekend shifts.

About the role
As a Caregiver, you’ll work under the guidance of our Clinical Leadership team to deliver safe, respectful and individualised care to our residents. You’ll support people with their daily cares, help create a warm and welcoming environment, and ensure residents are treated with dignity at all times.
You’ll be joining a values-led team that genuinely cares – about our residents, and about each other.
There are various shifts available to ensure operational requirements are met - including mornings, afternoons and night shifts.
What we’re looking for
♡ A genuine passion for caring for older people
♡ Empathy, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility
♡ Good communication skills and a team mindset
♡ Flexibility to work rostered shifts
♡ Experience in aged care or a Level 2/3/4 Certificate in Health and Wellbeing.
