He pūkenga tou | Skills & Experience

  • A great team spirit with empathy and drive to make a difference in the lives of others
  • Good communication skills and the ability to clearly communicate with residents, their families and your team members
  • Be familiar with computers and have the ability to learn new systems
  • Experience within aged care would be beneficial, but not essential
  • Understanding of Nga Paerewa sectors standards and applying the Treaty of Waitangi standards in the workplace.
  • Level 4 certificate required
