 About the Role

The purpose of the role is to provide effective and efficient placement coordination services by scheduling and rostering Support Workers that have the capacity and capability to deliver high quality services to Clients.  Dealing with incoming calls from clients and employees and actioning the same in a prompt and professional manner. 

This is a fixed Term Role until May 2024

Some Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a high level planned proactive responsiveness to clients and support workers
  • Scheduling of client appointments and managing logistics around the timely delivery of our service to the client
  • Management of both inbound and outbound calls – offering support to support workers and clients
  • Ensure that all Client and Support worker records are up to date
  • You will be responsible for coordinating the support workers workload, rostering, creating effective, strategic, and efficient schedules for them to meet our clients needs, as well as cover any other associated operational and administrative tasks

About You

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proven experience in either a Call Centre or Client Service environment
  • Strong planning, organizational, prioritization and problem-solving skills
  • Detail orientated
  • The ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, managers, teams, and contractors
  • Previous Healthcare experience advantageous
