VisionWest Home Healthcare are looking for a highly skilled Casual Care Placement Coordinator with the flexibility to work on a casual basis to assist in busy periods and staff leave.

This position requires someone with a specialised skill set who can work well under pressure and at the same time has the ability to multi-task well.  You will need to be able to prioritise workloads ensuring that deadlines are met. Maintaining enough flexibility to cope with the demands of a busy office for our Clients/Support Workers who require assistance is key to the role.

Duties of the role include but not limited to:

  • Providing efficient and effective placement services,
  • Matching client needs to Support Worker skills and ensuring data is entered quickly, accurately and in line with established procedures.
  • Entering referrals/Careplans
  • Booking Nurse Home Visits
  • Covering Reception
  • Filing
  • Completing any other reasonable tasks required by your Manager

You'll also need:

  • Strong organisation skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Highly motivated
  • The ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads
  • Quick learner
  • Proficient in using office programs such as Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook and SharePoint
  • To be a great team player who enjoys supporting others in their work
