We are seeking a Care Home Manager for our care home in Palmerston North, Karina Lifecare. Someone who can provide effective leadership and management and bring your previous management experience within the health care sector to this role to lead an amazing team, manage the budget and financial aspects of the business whilst ensuring that resident care and satisfaction is met.

Applicants should have proven and significant experience working in aged care and also possess the following qualities:

·   Current NZ APC

·   Previous management experience

·   Ability and experience to lead, direct and continually evaluate the clinical services within the facility

·   Solid financial acumen to manage the budgets and all financial aspects of the business 

·   Sound analytical and decision-making skills

·   InterRai training, medimap and e-Case experience advantageous

·   Knowledge of the health and disability sector standards and the ability to manage a robust quality system.
