Fundraising Campaign & Project Manager

We're seeking a passionate and skilled individual to fill our newly created Campaign Manager role. In this position, you'll work closely with our Campaign Development Specialist to drive the execution of a diverse range of direct and digital campaigns across our supporter base.
Responsibilities:
- Project manage the end-to-end execution of various simultaneous campaigns, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery by both internal service teams and external suppliers.
- Oversee the day-to-day management of our telemarketing and face-to-face fundraising suppliers, monitoring and tracking, recommending areas for improvement, ensuring they meet targets while upholding our brand values in interactions with potential supporters.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Highly organized with proven experience in delivering successful direct and digital campaigns and/or managing suppliers.
- While experience in the fundraising sector is beneficial, it's not a prerequisite for this role.
- A collaborative mindset and a passion for working with talented individuals.
