Campaign Manager
About the role
We're looking for an experienced Campaign Manager to join our marketing team. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering impactful marketing campaigns, promotions and always-on activity that drive visitation, support business objectives and bring the Skyline brand to life. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded marketer who enjoys hands on campaign management and execution, thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and loves working across a wide variety of projects.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the planning, coordination and delivery of marketing campaigns and promotional activity for Skyline Queenstown
- Manage and coordinate campaign timelines, stakeholders, budgets and deliverables to ensure projects are delivered successfully across all channels
- Work closely with internal teams, agencies and suppliers to develop and deliver marketing initiatives
- Monitor campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations with thorough reporting on activity
- Coordinate key community and sponsorship initiatives, including the Skyline Charity Golf Classic and other local events and partnerships
- Manage on-site marketing communications, signage and promotional activity
- Help identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through digital and AI-enabled tools.
The minimum requirements
- 5+ years' marketing experience, including campaign planning and execution and/or tertiary qualification in related field, marketing, advertising and communication
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Excellent communication, copywriting and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience coordinating multiple projects and competing priorities
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Experience working with digital marketing platforms and campaign reporting
- Ability to build strong relationships across teams and external partners
- Comfortable using AI-enabled and digital productivity tools to improve efficiency and campaign delivery
