Lead the day-to-day operation of the on-site café at Mokoia Campus. You’ll deliver great food, service and experiences for ākonga, kaimahi and visitors, while managing staff, budgets and compliance.
Work as part of a supportive campus services team, contributing to a welcoming and vibrant campus environment.

• Lead and manage daily café operations
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Manage staff rosters, training and performance
• Oversee food safety and compliance
• Control budgets, stock and suppliers

You bring:
• Proven café or hospitality management experience
• Strong people leadership and customer focus
• Sound knowledge of food safety standards
• Good financial and stock management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
