The role

In this crucial position, you will handle the installation, replacement, and repair of underground distribution assets. You should be comfortable working with jointing and terminating distribution assets up to 22kV, as this is a demanding and physically intensive role. Additionally, you'll be responsible for testing and commissioning 400V distribution installations, so a strong adherence to best practices in health and safety is essential.

What you’ll need

Ideally you will have 2-3 years’ experience working as a cable jointer and with an EWRB registration or EWRB limited Cable Jointer Licence. Strong technical knowledge of cables and local network systems, procedures and standards, this includes demonstrated experience to carry out HV and LV cable jointing and terminating.
The ability to work cross functionally with your team will see you be successful with Alpine. 

We require a class 1 drivers license for this role.
