Who are you?
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced technical quality assurance or business analyst, to join our Technology Services team as a CRM Specialist. This role is diverse and will see you involved in all areas of delivery within our CRM (Dynamics 365) including requirement gathering, implementation, quality assurance, release co-ordination, and service support.
Your experience, in addition to your exposure within a financial service setting, and outstanding stakeholder management, will ensure you stand out from the rest!
Working closely with the wider organization, your will elicit and refine requirements, review, and optimize both business processes, systems workflow, and data flows, and clearly translate these into solution implementation definitions for development and systems configuration specialists.
You will also be expected to contribute to the management of multiple software change projects, including at times, assisting quality assurance and user acceptance testing activities to ensure business value requirements are being met.
