This role will be involved in the day-to-day operations of our CCA Treatment Plant while also operating heavy machinery across site.

In this role you will be a hands-on member of our operations team, responsible for:

  • Operating and supporting our CCA Treatment Plant function
  • Safely handling treated and untreated timber
  • Operating heavy machinery such as forklifts, loaders, or other mobile plant
  • Completing routine checks, basic documentation, and housekeeping
  • Following all health, safety, and environmental procedures
  • Working closely with production to keep operations running smoothly 

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience operating forklifts and heavy machinery 
  • Takes a practical, safety-first approach to their work
  • Is reliable, organised, and comfortable working in an industrial environment
  • Can follow processes while also working well within a team
  • Can work autonomously and with others
  • A consistent work history and great references

Previous experience with CCA treatment plants or timber processing is an advantage, but not essential. Full training will be provided to the right person.
