We’re looking for a Business Support Hub Coordinator to join our team at Port Taranaki.

The opportunity

This role is all about connection to keep our business running seamlessly. You’ll provide essential coordination and administrative support across the business, primarily focusing on our Commercial team, helping deliver a professional, effective experience for both our internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

You’ll play a key role in connecting people, processes, and information - supporting everything from office coordination and stakeholder engagement to systems and records management.

  • Support the administration and servicing of our property leasing and tenant management
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and office support across the business, with primary support for our Commercial team
  • Coordinate meetings, events, travel, and scheduling to keep business activities organised and running smoothly
  • Support relationships with tenants, stakeholders, iwi, and community groups through coordinating engagement activities, forums, and sponsorship administration
  • Maintain accurate CRM, property, and business records so information is current, reliable, and ready for reporting and decision-making
  • Assist with executive and communication support, including uploading completed board papers to our Diligent platform, coordinating comms. updates, and maintaining digital content

  • Bring strong administration and coordination skills
  • Communicate confidently and build positive working relationships
  • Take a customer-focused, team-oriented approach
  • Bring strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Be confident using systems and digital tools, with an eye for continuous improvement
  • Previous experience with Microsoft 365, ReLeased and SharePoint would be an advantage.
