Toi Ohomai is seeking an experienced and analytically capable People Business Partner – Remuneration and Analytics to join our People, Culture and Wellbeing team.
This role sits within a newly formed People, Culture and Wellbeing team, established following organisational change to strengthen systems, clarify accountability, and enable a more sustainable and future focused operating model.
The People Business Partner – Remuneration and Analytics works in strategic partnership with leaders across an allocated portfolio while holding specialist responsibility for remuneration, people analytics, workforce planning and system enabled people practice.
You will play a key role in enabling data informed decision making, equitable remuneration practice, and workforce sustainability across Toi Ohomai. The position reports to the Head of People and Safety and is supported by a dedicated People Advisor aligned to this portfolio.
