We have an opportunity for a Business Partner to join our People and Performance team at our Tauranga Head Office on a 12-14 month fixed term contract. Reporting to the Head of People and Performance, the Business Partner is required to partner with management teams in assigned business units and departments to deliver on the company People Plan and contribute to achievement of business goals and performance. This will involve, delivering HR projects and providing proactive and responsive advice and expertise to management and staff in all aspects of human resource management, with special focus on recruitment, employment relations and change management.
We are looking for candidates with a graduate degree in HR/Management or similar, along with at least five years’ experience in a generalist HR position. Experience delivering knowledge of HR practises with strong communication and relationship management skills is essential. Experience in a professional services environment would be an advantage.
This is a 12-14 month fixed term parental leave cover opportunity, with full time hours Monday to Friday, 8.30am-5.00pm. We are looking for a candidate that can start in early November.
