Business Partner - People & Performance Fixed-Term
About the role
We have an opportunity for a Business Partner to join our People and Performance (P&P) team at our office in Tauranga or Auckland on a fixed term basis for 18-months.
Reporting to the Head of People and Performance, a primary focus of this role is to partner with the leaders of assigned business units and departments to deliver on the company People Plan and oversee all aspects of HR delivery. In doing so, you will contribute to the achievement of business goals and enable the best possible outcomes for our people and our clients. You will also provide proactive and responsive advice and expertise to People Leaders in all aspects of human resource management, including recruitment, employment relations, change and talent management, succession planning and delivering HR projects.
About you
We are looking for experienced Business Partner candidates preferably with a graduate degree in HR/Management or similar. Ideally you will have demonstrated knowledge and experience delivering HR practices across employment relations, recruitment, change and talent management along with strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience partnering with senior stakeholders is a must. Previous experience working within professional and/or corporate services industries would be beneficial.
