Business Improvement Specialist

What you'll be doing

This role combines project management, change management, relationship management, business analysis and Technology One configuration skills to deliver leading solutions to our internal customers and wider community. You will need to think and plan strategically about the current requirements and future development of the organisations’ business systems and process needs with a focus on gaining internal efficiencies and an improved service and customer experience, whilst reducing costs.The role will involve:

  • Providing comprehensive management reporting on key project milestones
  • Design and Build of all business intelligence requirements across the organisation to ensure compliance with organisational KPIs 
  • Managing a portfolio of projects and aligning those projects to our digital strategy and roadmap
  • Identifying key influencers/stakeholders with whom consultation is required or beneficial, and effectively liaises and consults with them as appropriate
  • Building effective partnerships and relationships based on win/win principles 

What you will bring to the role

Alongside a tertiary degree, preferably in information systems or business studies, you'll have a wealth of knowledge in a similar role. You'll have the ability to think strategically about the future development of the organisation and to generate objectives consistent with such development. You'll have advanced configuration expertise in Technology One including the ability to design, build, report, train and deliver ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting. You'll have strong communication skills with the ability to build genuine and effective relationships across the organisation. In order to best succeed in this role, you'll have:

  • Demonstrated experience in process and system development and improvement.
  • Experience with change management, with the ability to bring all levels of staff on the journey for change when implementing new applications, solutions and IT systems
  • A balanced and informed approach to problem solving, particularly in situations involving change, stress and conflict
