Mō te Tūranga | About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Growth & Partnerships Manager to join our Workplace Health team at Southern Cross Healthcare. This role will be responsible for growing our Workplace Health Business Unit, managing the sales team, and fostering relationships with internal and external stakeholders. 

The Business Growth & Partnerships Manager will be accountable for:

  • Developing and implementing the Business Growth and Partnerships strategy to achieve revenue objectives 
  • Conducting revenue forecasting and delivering sales reporting 
  • Seeking out new sales opportunities and fostering strong customer relationships 
  • Providing leadership to the sales team (mentoring, setting objectives, identifying, and providing training opportunities etc.)

  • Proven experience in Sales Management 
  • Proven record of sales leadership and achievement of at least 5 years 
  • A relevant tertiary qualification in the field of Sales / Business Management
  • Industry knowledge, strategic implementation, and high levels of collaboration 
  • A high level of written and oral communication
  • Negotiation and selling skills, Results/Achievement oriented 
  • Knowledge and skills in customer relationship management
  • Time management, in particular the ability to prioritise
  • Professional approach with planning and organisational skills
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety and Privacy legislation
