Bidfood Auckland South is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager - Alcohol to drive growth across our alcohol category. This is a hunter-focused role where you'll identify new opportunities, win new customers, build strong supplier partnerships, and help grow one of Auckland's leading foodservice businesses.
What you'll do:
- Win new on-premise and off-premise alcohol customers.
- Build and manage a strong new business pipeline.
- Grow alcohol sales within our existing customer base.
- Work closely with key suppliers on promotions, ranging, and growth opportunities.
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity.
What you'll bring:
- Proven success in business development or sales.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Hospitality, FMCG, beverage, or alcohol industry experience preferred.
- A results-driven mindset with a passion for winning new business.
